Being perfect is unattainable. Being stronger, fitter, healthier and confident is.
Superwomen are overrated. An EveryWoman is real. She knows the value of carving out that sacred “me time” because that is what preserves her sanity. She makes exercise a part of her daily routine, not just a New Year’s resolution.
She also knows that the better she feels about herself, the better her life feels to her.
An EveryWoman makes sure that her goals are achievable and realistic. She embraces her inner athlete (however dormant) and is prepared to light the fire within herself.
Sometimes the difference between knowing she’s got it and proving she’s got it, is just learning some basics and hearing a “you can do it!!” That is where EveryWoman Fitness comes in…
I know that improving stability, coordination, and muscular endurance will not only unleash that athlete, but also help me to run faster and play longer.
I know that my arms will be less jiggly and my pants a little looser if I devote that one hour to me, and not to the laundry.
I also realize that as my heart gets stronger, the miles get easier, my life extends, my cholesterol drops, and I can do things (athletic things!) that I didn’t know I could.
I deserve that good stuff, right? After all, I’m an EveryWoman just like you.
